ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.10.2012, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr.G.V.V.S.R.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45919 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
