CVNR, J & TA, J Dated:11.10.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to produce Ambati Ravi-the petitioner's husband (hereinafter referred to as 'the alleged detenu') before this Court and set him at liberty. Respondent No.2 filed a counter-affidavit, wherein it is stated that the alleged detenu is accused in Crime No.210 of 2018 on the file of Tuni Rural Police Station registered for the offences under Sections-406 and 420 IPC on 25.9.2018; that he was arrested on the evening of 01.10.2018; that after complying with the formalities of arrest including giving of arrest intimation to the petitioner, he was produced before the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tuni, on 02.10.2018; that the jurisdictional Magistrate has remanded the alleged detenu to judicial custody, in pursuance of which, he was lodged in Sub-jail at Tuni on the same day; and that he was enlarged on bail on 05.10.2018.

The above-noted averments in the counter-affidavit have not been controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. As the alleged detenu has already been released on bail, no further adjudication of this Writ Petition is necessary.
