HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16217 of 2016 O R D E R:- Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed in the order dated 10.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3788 of 2016 in Crime No. 43 of 2016 of G. Madugula Police Station passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to Try the Offences Under N.D.P.S. Act at Visakhapatnam. Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
