THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.9918 of 2016

ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.142 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. Having perused the material on record, it is evident that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible.

4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, to dispose of C.C.No.142 of 2016, within a period of six(6) months from today, without insisting on the presence of the petitioners/A2 to A4 herein on each and every date of hearing. The 1st petitioner/A1 shall appear before the trial Court.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
