Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Employment appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner's outsourcing agency in Warangal District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to continue the petitioner's outsourcing agency to supply skilled and unskilled employees in Warangal District.

Learned Government Pleader for Employment would submit that fresh tenders were called for, as such, considering the request of the petitioner would not arise. He further submits that the District Committee is not made as a party to the proceedings. 4.

It is true that District Committee has not been made a party to the present writ petition, but the District Collector, who is the Chairman of the said Committee is made as a party, to whom a representation dated 27.06.2016 was made. Therefore, not making of the District Committee represented by Chairman as a party to the proceedings may not cause much prejudice to the parties. It may

Having regard to the above, the respondent authorities shall deal with the representation dated 27.06.2016, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
