THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO COMPANY APPLICATION No.1827 of 2015 IN COMPANY APPLICATION No.1778 of 2009 IN COMPANY PETITION No.57 of 1999 ORDER:

This Company Application is filed seeking a direction to the Official Liquidator to execute a sale deed conveying Quarter No.OE 7/B to the applicant consequent to the winding up order passed in Company Petition No.57 of 1999 dated 26.04.2001 for winding up of the respondent company and appointing the Official Liquidator.

The case of the applicant is that the company in liquidation constructed several types of quarters which were allotted to their workers. One such quarter bearing No.OE 7/B was allotted to the father of the petitioner. After expiry of the petitioner's father, her mother continued in the quarter and she filed Company Application No.1778 of 2009 before this Court seeking a direction to the Official Liquidator to sell the quarter to her, and the said application along with other applications were ordered by a common order dated 10.06.2010. But, unfortunately, she also passed away on 06.12.2014 and the present applicant is the legal heir to her. In those circumstances, the petitioner filed this Company Application. When the Company Application is taken up for consideration, learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator

expressed no objection for ordering the Company Application and, accordingly, this Company Application is ordered and the Official Liquidator is directed to execute the sale deed conveying quarter No.OE 7/B to the applicant pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Company Application No.1778 of 2009, dated 10.06.2010.
