Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that this order will not come in the way of the petitioners in projecting their case in civil suits pending between them and the 2nd respondent. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
