The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in the Crime is already completed and a charge sheet has also been filed and the matter is committed to the Court of Sessions.

In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court and file a discharge petition and on filing such petition, the Court concerned is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.
