The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not including the names of the petitioner in 1B, Adangal and revenue records and not issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.1.23 cents, situated at Sy.No.158/6, Ac.0.07 cents situated at Sy.No.159/1, Ac. 0.13 cents situated at Sy.No.159/2, Ac.0.23 cents, situated at Sy.No.159/3A, Ac.0.22 cents, situated at Sy.No.159/3B, Ac.0.07 cents, situated at Sy.No.159/4, Ac.0.12 cents, situated at Sy.No.159/5, Ac.0.21 cents, situated at Sy.No.159/6A, Ac.0.22 cents, situated at Sy.No.159/6B, Ac.0.41 cents, Situated at Sy.No.159/7, Ac.0.20 cents, situated at Sy.No.159/9, Ac.0.32 cents, situated at Sy.No.159/10, Ac.0.18 1⁄2 cents situated at Sy.No.159/12, Ac.0.37 cents situated at Sy.No.159/13, Ac.0.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application through Mee Seva on 30.08.2018 seeking mutation of its name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in its favour for the subject lands, the 4th respondent, did not take any action so far.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 30.06.2018, seeking mutation of its name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in its favour for the subject lands and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
