HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4477 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') to direct the 2nd respondent herein to modify the orders passed in Notice bearing Cr.No.220/2015-PE/B4-2, dated 27.04.2015 from FDR/Bank Guarantee of Rs.3,36,000/- to that of a third party surety for release of the lorry bearing registration No.AP 20 TA 1699 seized in C.O.R.No.1195/2014-15 on the file of the Mahabuabad Prohibition and Excise Station, Warangal District.

Learned Public Prosecutor represented that the above said seized lorry was released on 20.05.2016.

In view of the same, there is nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in the present criminal petition. Consequently, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
