When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader that in an identical set of circumstances this Court passed order in W.P.21057 of 2017 dated 05.07.2017 and a copy of the same is placed on record.

2. Having regard to the above said order passed by this Court in 21057 of 2017 dated 05.07.2017, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to release the vehicle bearing registration No.AP 27Y4984 and the Trailer bearing registration No.AP 27 Y4985 to the interim custody of the petitioner herein, subject to condition of the petitioner furnishing third party security to the satisfaction of the competent authority and also on production of original R.C. The petitioner is further directed to furnish undertaking that he will not alienate, change the physical features of the vehicles and produce the vehicle as and when required by the authorities, till the enquiry is concluded. This order does not preclude the authorities from conducting enquiry and passing further orders. The interim release of the seized vehicles is subject to the result of the enquiry to be completed by the authorities. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
