This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act seeking to punish respondents 1 and 2 for their willful violation and disobedience to the orders of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.35328 of 2016 in W.P.No.28534 of 2016 dated 24.08.2016.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the contempt case. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
