HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.7966 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the order dated 29.06.2015 passed by learned Chief Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in Criminal Revision Petition No'9 of 2015 I i and to direct the learned VIII Addl' Chief Metropolitan Magistrate to take cognizance of offence under Sections l2O-8, 406, 42O,468 and 471 r/w 34 of IPC.

When the matter is taken-up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the present criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication as the parties to the Criminal Petition have settled their issues before Court below and therefore, no further orders are required and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition' 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State takes no objection for the same'

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall also stand closed.
