HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRL.P.No.7024 of 2016 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner-A2 to quash the proceedings initiated against him in Crime No.593 of 2014 of Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with section 34 I.P.C. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State. The allegations in the complaint prima facie reveal the commission of alleged offence by the petitioner-A2. This is a matter, which requires investigation by the police. Therefore, I see no grounds to interfere at this stage with the investigation of the case.
Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to proceed with the investigation expeditiously. However, the petitioner-A2 is directed to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate within one week from today and on such surrender he shall be released on bail on the same day on the terms and conditions to be imposed by the Magistrate.
