I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.6 (i) of the order dated 17.12.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.15843 of 2025 which reads as under:

" i. The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned II Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways at Secunderabad."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail and he is out of earnings, as such, the petitioner cannot afford excessive surety amount, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.15843 of dated 17.12.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned II Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways at Secunderabad.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
