HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 5 4 8 6 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Proddatur Rural Police Station, Kadapa District, dated 24.10.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that on receipt of the Hospital information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Proddatur Rural P.S., enquired the writ petitioner and the writ petitioner submitted a complaint against one Basireddy Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy and others. Basing on the complaint, a case in Cr.No.208/ 2018 was registered for the offences under Sections 324, 354, 506 r/ w 34 I.P.C., and took up investigation.
During the course of investigation, the Sub-Inspector of Police examined the complainant and other witnesses and recorded their statements. The investigation done in this case clearly discloses that there are civil disputes between the writ petitioner on one hand and Basireddy Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy and others on the other hand. The writ petitioner filed the complaint against Basireddy Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy and others, which is registered as Cr.No.208/ 2018 is a counter case for Cr.No.207/ 2018 registered against the hd of the writ petitioner.
It is submitted that the investigation in this case is under process.
After completion of investigation, final report will be filed in due course."
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Proddatur Rural P.S., Kadapa District, dated 24.10.2018, with a further direction to the respondent-police authorities to conclude the investigation, as expeditiously as possible.
