HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15493 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in disconnecting the drinking water supply to the petitioner's house situated at Sambepally Village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for the respondents.

A perusal of the records shows that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.03.2017 to the 3rd respondent - Mandal Panchayat Officer, Sambepally Village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, but so far no action has been taken on the same. 4.

In view of the same, this Court is of the considered opinion that ends of justice would be served if the 3rd respondent - Mandal Panchayat Officer, Sambepally Village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, is directed to consider the representation dated 27.03.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance

AVSS,J W.P.No.15493 of 2017 with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
