HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 3892 of 2002 O R D E R:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents - Corporation, has submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the services of the petitioner were disengaged on 20.05.2007 and the petitioner has received all his terminal benefits, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions and contends that if some more dues are to be paid to the petitioner by the respondent-Corporation liberty be granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedies. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the appropriate forum if he is not paid any other benefits due to him. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
