HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.625 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.S.No.114 of 2008 from the file of District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and club the same with L.G.C.No.35 of 2014 pending on the file of Special Court under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is represented, in view of abolition of Special Court under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad, the relief claimed in this transfer petition has become infructuous.

4. Therefore, this transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to petitioners to take appropriate legal steps as and when necessity arises.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
