THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE V. RAMASUBRAMANI AN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE G. SHYAM PRASAD CONTEMPT CASE No.1515 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (Per VRS,J) By a final order dated 14.12.2016 we directed that the petitioner should be appointed to the post of Senior Medical Officer/Senior Lecturer (Yoga).

2. Today, the learned Government Pleader produced a memo bearing Memo.No.940/E1/2017, dated 07.09.2017 issued by the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department, indicating that the petitioner has been appointed to the post of Senior Medical Officer/Senior Lecturer (Yoga). Recording the said memo, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner has any more grievances, it is open to her to come up again.

3. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
