HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 5 4 2 7 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kalapather Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 03.10.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint, dated 22.08.2018, which was received on 23.08.2018 by the respondent No.4, wherein he stated that he is the owner of the land under Sy.No.253/ 20, situated Attapur village, Rajendernagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Thereon, he filed a representation on 05.30.2018 to the revenue authorities for correction of records and when the revenue officials failed to take action on his representation, he filed W.P.No.1311/ 2018 and the Hon'ble High Court was pleased to dispose of the Writ Petition. The respondents 5 to 7 tried to dispossess the petitioner from the said lands. The petitioner requested the Police to provide protection to him and his above said property.

It is submitted that pursuant to the said complaint, the 4th respondent had enquired into the complaint of the petitioner and revealed that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 7 with regard to the above said property. Further, the 4th respondent is not the competent authority to protect the petitioner's disputed land. In this connection, the 4th respondent made entry into the General Diary and also informed

the same to the petitioner on 03.10.2018 through post.

It is submitted that the contention of the petitioner that the respondent No.4 Station House Officer (Inspector of Police) Kalapather Police Station, Hyderabad, did not take action on his complaint dated 22.08.2018 is incorrect and baseless. The 4th respondent enquired into the complaint of the petitioner and revealed that the land of the petitioner is under civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7, as such no F.I.R. was registered.

It is submitted that the contention of the petitioner against the 4th respondent is incorrect and baseless. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kalapather Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 03.10.2018, with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the other remedies open to him, if he is so advised.
