Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file application for survey.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioners are given liberty to take appropriate proceedings for survey of the subject land. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the survey, they can file a separate writ petition or take appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law. No costs.
