This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in seeking to demolish the house of the petitioner in an extent of 182 square yards in Survey No.240, Enumamula village, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District without following due process of law and without appreciating the explanation dated 13-05-2011 submitted to the show cause notice dated 09-05-2011 as illegal and arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M. Ajay Kumar, learned standing counsel for the 1st respondent and Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent states that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated

18-06-2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14393 of 2011. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the said writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the explanation dated 13-05-2011 given by the petitioner, if already received, and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and take appropriate action thereafter in accordance with law. It is made clear in case the petitioner does not submit his explanation to the show cause notice, it is open for the respondent authorities to take appropriate action in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
