The case of the petitioner is that proceedings were issued in C.No.1241/P4/Incr/2016, D.No.3916/2016, dated 09-12-2016 refixing the pay and as the same is not implemented, the petitioner filed a representation on 18-12-2016 to the 3rd respondent. But no orders are passed on the same. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 18-12-2016 in terms of proceedings dated 09-12-2016 and take action accordingly within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
