THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.21214 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition is filed challenging the interim order dated 06.07.2015 in O.A.No.2964 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, "the Tribunal").

2. The petitioner/applicant filed the said Original Application to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings dated 12.06.2015, issued by the first respondent vide Proc.No.14097/A7/2010, to quash and set aside the same and consequently declare that she is entitled to continue as S.G.T. (Urdu), as per the appointment made by the first respondent and consequential posting orders dated 18.04.1998, and to regularize her services with all consequential benefits.

3. The Tribunal, after considering the merits of the case, held as under: "...In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is to be seen that the applicant was aware of O.A.No.4195 of 1997 right from the date of her appointment, as her very appointment is subject to the result of the said O.A. and she herself had approached this Tribunal earlier questioning the show cause notice issued to her regarding her appointment. Therefore, balance of convenience does not lie in favour of the applicant for grant of an interim order. Hence, interim order rejected. Status quo order issued on 19.06.2015 pending further consideration of the interim orders, stand vacated. Admit. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks."

Challenging the said order, the present Writ Petition is filed.

4. The petitioner can as well give explanation to the show cause notice dated 12.06.2015. Therefore, the Tribunal has rightly vacated the status quo order and that order needs no interference by this Court and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
