Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners/accused No.6 and 8 on Anticipatory Bail in the event of their arrest by the SHO, Vemsoor Police Station, Khammam District in connection Crime No. 38 of 2015 and the petitioners undertake to abide by the condition or conditions that might be imposed by this Honble Court.
