THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2944 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ order or direction, one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus seeking to declare the action of the Respondent. Nos. 1 to 4 in failing to provide individual service connections along with electrical meters to the Flats owned by the Petitioner No.1 owning Flat No.608, Petitioner. No. 2 owning Flat No.602, Petitioner.No.3 owning Flat No.603, Petitioner.No.4 owning Flat No.304, Petitioner.No.5 owning Flat No.104 and Petitioner.No.6 owning Flat No.606, in S.G.R. Residency- I, situate in Sy.Nos.11 Part, bearing Municipal No.2-56/33/1355, Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandel, Ranga Reddy Distriat (Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.), and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.

1 to 4 to act in accordance with law and to provide individual service connections along with electrical meters to the houses of the Petitioners situate in Sy.Nos.11 Part, Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandel, Range Reddy District (Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.)

AVSS,J W.P.No.2944 of 2017 pursuant to the applications made by the Petitioners and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the bar, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.32614 of 2015, dated 08.12.2015 and 40856 of 2015, dated 26.07.2016 and copies of the said orders are placed on record. The same is not disputed.

Following the above said orders and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof. It is further made clear that the petitioner herein shall comply with all the statutory requirements. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
