THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.10439 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/de facto complainant, for cancellation of bail granted to the 2nd respondent/A.1 in Crime No.55 of 2018 of Saroor Nagar Police Station, Saroor Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 420 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/de facto complainant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that several crores of rupees is involved in this offence. 4.

The 2nd respondent/A.1 was granted regular bail vide order dated 10.07.2018 on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar.

As per the submissions made by both sides, charge sheet is filed. The 2nd respondent/A.1 was remanded on 09.07.2018 and he was granted bail on the very next day, i.e., on 10.07.2018. As charge sheet has already been filed, imposing conditions would not in any way affect the investigation and trial of the case. The petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed. 6.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
