Both Sri P. Radha Krishna, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Smt. G. Jhansi, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, and the Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would agree that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is covered by an order of a Division bench of this Court in W.A. No.702 of 2010 dated 28.08.2015.

Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
