This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"To issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of Respondents on the petitioner's representations dt. 13.11.2016 and 13.12.2016 submitted to execute works i.e., improvements and deepening to existing check dams, construction of C.0 Roads and Community Hall in Lankam Gram Panchayat, Srikakulam Rural Mandal, Srikakulam District by implementing the proceedings dt. 30.08.2016 and 06.05.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent as illegal, irregular, irrational, amounts to non-discharge of legal obligations conferred on them under the provisions of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme Act, 2005 and Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and rules framed there under and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to take steps to execute identified works in Lankam Grama Panchayat pursuant to proceedings dt. 30.08.2016 and 06.05.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent." 2.
When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of her grievance, petitioner has submitted a representation on 13.11.2016 to the fourth respondent and a copy of the same is communicated to the respondents 2 and 3, but no action has been take so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the said representations and take action as per law.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 4 and 7 that the said representations would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. 4.
Recording the above said submission, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 13.11.2016 said to have been filed by the petitioner herein within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law.
