This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 (2) of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/ defacto-complainant to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to respondents 2 and 3/ accused Nos.2 and 3 on the file of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District in Crl.M.P.No.1939 of 2018 dated 29.05.2018.

There is no representation for the petitioner/ defactocomplainant. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the application filed to cancel the bail granted in favour of A1 was dismissed by this Court on 29.10.2018.

The instant application is filed to cancel the bail granted in favour of respondents 2 and 3/ Accused Nos.2 and 3, who are parents of A1. The application filed to cancel the bail granted in favour of A1 was dismissed on 29.10.2018 and therefore, there is no need to take a different view. 5.
