HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.3963 of 2017 ORDER:

It is the renewed bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner/A.2 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.4 of 2017 of Velidanda PS, Nagarkurnool District which was registered for the offences under Sec.3 and 5 of Explosive Substances Act. 2) The petitioner's earlier bail application in Criminal Petition No.2657 of 2017 was dismissed by this Court on 13.04.2017 observing that the explosive substances were found in Sy.No.365 wherein the petitioner was Supervisor and hence there was prima facie case against him.

3) Seeking bail, learned counsel for petitioner tried to project changed circumstances in the form of ill-health of the petitioner. Having regard to the nature of the case, this Court is not inclined to accede to the request of the petitioner.

4) While dismissing the bail application, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek for regular bail in which case, the concerned Court shall dispose of his bail application on merits on the same day.
