Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of the Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.8021 of 2010 dated 24.11.2010, and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

In view of same, this writ petition disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the applicant to the post of S.G.Teacher by treating him as BC-E candidate and issue appointment orders, if he satisfies all other conditions, as per Rules and pass necessary orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition (TR) is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
