When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), on the basis of the complaints made by the petitioner on 16-03-2018 and 01-09-2018, the police have registered the Crime No.197 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 447 r/w 34 IPC & Sec.3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) on the file of Dwaraka Tirumala P.S./2nd respondent.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
