This Writ Petition has been filed assailing proceedings issued by 1st respondent vide B.P.S.No.1132/2008/ACP-IV, dt.-.08.2012, revoking the Building Penalization Scheme proceedings, viz., B.P.S.No.1132/08/IV/38, dt.30.12.2010 exercising power under Section of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 by virtue of which the structures belonging to petitioners were regularized.

It is stated by counsel for petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent as well as the counsel for 2nd respondent that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by order dt.18.08.2015 in WP.No.30782 of 2012 and batch.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the proceedings of 1st respondent B.P.S.No.1132/2008/ACP-IV, dt.-.08.2012 are set aside. No order as to costs.
