THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.SUNI L CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.41859 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the high-handed action of respondents in threatening the petitioner concern to close down its business, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to it under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
