ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in sending the 4th respondent to the house of the petitioner and harassing her to settle the land dispute in O.S.No.18 of 2009, which is pending on the file of the VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nizamabad, in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.37.32 guntas in Sy.Nos.226 to 230, 232, 234 & 235, situated at Koredpally Village, Ditchpally Mandal, Nizamabad District. Learned Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the petitioner submitted a representation on 26.10.2016 to the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Commissionerate, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, marking copies to all the higher officials.

On receipt of the said representation through proper channel, the Commissioner of Police, Nizamabad, endorsed and forwarded the same to the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ditchpally Police Station, Nizamabad District, to conduct enquiry and submit a report. Accordingly, a detailed enquiry was conducted and report was submitted to the Commissioner of Police, Nizamabad, on 13.2.2017.

the petitioner and the 4th respondent is civil in nature. He further submits that the respondent-police never interfered with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner. He also submits that though the 3rd respondent contacted the petitioner over phone, she did not turn up nor given proper information with regard to the representation alleged to have been submitted by her. The other allegation that on 22.1.2017 the petitioner received a phone call from the 4th respondent's mobile and on lifting the call, the 4th respondent claimed himself as police officer from the 3rd respondent police station and abused her in filthy language, was denied.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the Commissioner of Police, Nizamabad, in person and ventilate her grievance, if any.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 17th April, 2017 rkk
