Sri T.G.Prasad Reddy, learned counsel, would submit that he received instructions for seeking permission to withdraw the present Revision Case as his client intends to file an appropriate proceeding challenging the order impugned in this Revision Case before the appropriate forum, as per law. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Revision Case reserving liberty to file an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate Court. Recording the submissions, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for.
