THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Petition No.11124 of 2017 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri K.G.Krishna Murthy, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, would submit that, while the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.18205 of 2014 and batch dated 07.03.2017 wherein this Court had directed the respondents to examine the matter and take a decision within four months, the petitioners are all presently working in the respondent-institutions; they would be attaining the age of 58 years by the end of May/June/July, 2017; and, pending examination of the matter by the Government, the respondents be directed to continue the petitioners in service.

As no such relief was granted to the petitioners in W.P.No.18205 of 2014 and batch dated 07.03.2017, we see no reason to make an exception, and grant such a relief to the petitioners herein. This Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with, and in terms of, the order of the Division Bench in W.P.No.18205 of 2014 and batch dated 07.03.2017. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
