HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No. 28088 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police aid to the petitioner and to implement the interim order passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool in I.A.No. 1437 of 2012 in O.S.No. 365 of 2012. Respondents filed counter admitting that they provided police aid in view of the orders dated 27.9.2013 passed by this Court in WPMP No. 34871 of 2013, wherein this Court directed the second respondent -Station House Officer, Orvakal Police Station, Kurnool District to consider and provide appropriate protection to the petitioner to enable him to cultivate his agricultural lands in the village.

In view of the above, no further direction need be issued in favour of petitioner and against respondents to provide police aid in implementation of the interim injunction order dated 8.3.2013 passed in I.A.No. 1437 of 2012 in O.S.No. 365 of 2012 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool District since the interim order issued by this Court has already complied with.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
