HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36012 OF 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the second respondent in not fixing the boundaries for the petitioner's remaining land after acquisition under award dated 29.11.2016 to an extent of Ac.0.30 gts., in Sy.No.429/ AA1 of Kodad Village and Mandal, in terms of the request made on 09.10.2016, by paying the requisite fee, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice. 2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) would submit that if the petitioner makes a fresh online application, the authorities shall deal with the same in accordance with law.
