Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader (Excise) for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

It is stated by counsel on either side that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.43237 of 2017 dt.19.12.2017 and the copy of the same is placed on record.

Therefore, for reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the order dated 19.12.2017 in W.P.No.43237 of 2017, by setting aside the impugned notice dated 24.09.2018 in M.C.No.2790 of 2018. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
