ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the application of petitioner bearing No.CBSE/RO(M)/CORRN/REJN/8864/2015 dated 20.05.2016 and to change the names of father and mother of petitioner by replacing her father's name as 'Gandepalli V.S.S.Raghavarao' in the place of 'Raghava Rao' and her mother's name as 'Gandepalli Durga Naga Jayanthi' in the place of 'Gandepalli Jayanthi', in her 10th Class Certificate dated 28.05.2015, on various grounds.

During hearing, learned counsel for petitioner requested to permit the petitioner to submit a fresh application for necessary amendment of the names of her father and mother in her 10th Class Certificate. 3.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for petitioner, no further examination of the disputed questions is required. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the application, if any, submitted by petitioner for change of the names of her father and mother in her 10th Class Certificate, within one month from the date of receipt of such application. However, it is left open to petitioner to file necessary application to change the names of her father and mother.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
