Company Application No.409 of 2015 is filed for the following relief:

"to permit the Official Liquidator to vary the list of creditors of M/s.The Commercial Benefit Corporation & six other firms under liquidation submitted before this Hon'ble Court in Form No.71s of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, and to include the names of creditors as per Annexure-A being filed along with this application and to take present Form No.71s as varied on record vide Annexure-B1 to B7 being filed along with this application."

Company Application No.441 of 2015 is filed for permission to the Official Liquidator to declare and disburse dividend @ 100 paise in a rupee of admitted amount in respect of three creditors of M/s.The Commerical Benefit Corporation & 6 other firms under liquidation, which would work out to Rs.1,45,350/- and for certain other reliefs.

After arguing for some time, Mr.M.Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw these two Company Applications with liberty to the applicant to file separate applications after revising Form 71 qua different Companies/Firms.

The request of the learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator is accepted and the Company Applications are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant in terms of the prayer made.
