HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13662 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not initiating any steps to stop the illegal construction and demolish the structures already made in the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.14.30 guntas in Sy.Nos.129 and 132 situated at Kandikal village, Bandlaguda Tahsil, Opposite to DLRL, near Chandrayanagutta, Phoolbagh, Hyderabad.

This writ petition was initially filed by one Bhasker Raj Saxena and after his death, petitioners 2 to 6 came on record. For the petitioners 2 to 6, Mr.Abu Akram, learned Counsel, appeared and today when the matter is taken up for consideration, he submitted that he has no instructions as the clients have taken away the bundle.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
