HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.487 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that pursuant to the order of this Court, passed in W.P.No.7386 of 2015 dated 20.03.2015, necessary enquiry, as directed by this Court, has been completed by the respondent and a report has been submitted to the Revenue Divisional Officer, who is required to take further steps in accordance with the report. In as much as the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed, and the order of this Court has since been complied with, no further orders need be passed in the contempt case. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
