Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the proceedings in C.C.No.2320 of 2013 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, ended in compromise on 01.10.2016 before the Lok Adalat.

3. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
