This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash all proceedings in CC.No. 2466 of 2006 on the file of the Court of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. When the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", Sri C.Vikram Chandra, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and no further order need be passed.

4. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
