THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.45907 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the second respondent in completing the process of allotment of distribution-ship by entering into an agreement in pursuance of Proceedings No.556/E1/2016, dated 02.12.2016 for sale of Vijaya Milk in Khammam Town with effect from 02.12.2016 for a period of one year, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the very purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, dismissal of this writ petition does not preclude the petitioner to avail the remedies available to it under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
