THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY TRANSFER C.M.P.NO.689 OF 2014 O R D E R:

This Transfer C.M.P. is filed by the petitioners for transfer of A.S.No.19 of 2013 pending on the file of XI Additional District Judge, Krishna at Gudiwada to the file of this court, to be tried along with A.S.No.421 of 2006.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the second respondent states that R-2 has no objection for the said transfer. Though notice is served on the third respondent, no counter affidavit is filed.

In view of the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Transfer C.M.P., and in view of above facts and circumstances, the Transfer C.M.P. is allowed, transferring A.S.No.19 of 2013 from the file of XI Additional District Judge, Krishna at Gudiwada to be tried along with A.S.No.421 of 2006 before this court. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
